One of the more complex beer made at BCB. This beer starts off as a big imperial stout fermented with raspberries, and is then aged in red wine barrels for about 4 week or more. Then we blend the beer to taste with a creamy and smooth stout giving this beer a milk chocolate and raspberries flavor and aroma. This is truly a dessert beer, decadent and delicious.

Not much of a stout person, but this beer is excellent. Went there to check it out and ordered an IPA. Got to talking to the bartender and she suggested I try the stout and gave me a sample. Very slight berry and chocolate taste. A little sweetness makes this a sipping beer. Rated 11-24-2018
