We didn’t hold back anywhere with this IPA, especially in the large additions of Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops in the boil and the fermenter. Its balanced body sets the perfect stage for this hoppy delicacy.

Rated 7-18-2018, nothing special, a good IPA. This place is less than 3 miles from my house, but they don't serve food and have a food truck that is just ok. Should probably go back as when we were there before we were talking to the owner's wife.
