another new brewery up in this area, which seems to be sprouting them up faster than just about anywhere else. the taproom has an interesting vibe to it, in the corner of a strip mall, you walk past a large and comfortable outdoor space to generic taproom, covered with teacher and veteran or police sort of stuff, looks like they have some causes picked out in here, but its not in your face, just an odd taproom decor, minimal and hand done, but the same furniture and layout everyone else has, a view to the brew house off to the left. they seem to be focusing on gluten reduced brews, as the majority of stuff on their menu is listed as such. i had time only for a pint of their pilsener, although the rest of the list looked to be dominated by rather conventional styles. the beer was fine, nothing special, drinkable enough but not real patient on the lagering it doesnt seem, not as crisp as it could be and with a twang to the yeast that shouldnt be there, but not bad and refreshing in hot weather. there really wasnt much about the tap list or the vibe in here that would bring me back in a hurry, but the patio looks awesome and the folks in here were nice enough. they also have a pizza menu and some other food which all looked pretty tasty. maybe not unique enough to stand out, but if you are looking for low gluten beer, this place is one of your few and best options...
