Very understated place. For food, awesome sandwiches to choose from - do the Reuben! The outside patio behind the place is so great, especially in Covid times. Games there, and dog friendly. The beers are quite good and surprisingly they had a lot of collaborations - withAnderosn Valley and Sierra Nevada. I only had the Signautre IPA, but it was very good and balanced. My wife had a Champagne beer, not my thing, but she likes a lot. Staff were very nice . Crowlers to go. Big thumbs up

Upon entering the brewery it was pretty empty on a late afternoon Saturday, which wasn't a good sign. The beer server wasn't very concerned to come and ask us what we wanted to drink while sitting at the bar corner; he was talking to some regulars. We eventually got a few samples, noting this was our first visit and selected a couple pints. The beer was average and not very stand-out, but was good enough to drink completely. We had a few small pours and left within about 1 hour. The best part of the brewery is the layout and amount of space. It has a patio out back, benches near the front windows and plenty of tables in the main area next to the bar. If you need food a restaurant named Crispy's is directly across the street and they deliver to the bar all the time. After a while we got a 2nd shift beer server and was checked out and he appeared to be more concerned about his job. The brewery has a few flat screen TV's so Jacksonville Jaguars fans are going to be in heaven, the decorations in the restroom and on the walls behind the bar are covered with football logos. Overall, this makes me feel its a cheap brewery masking as a sports bar. I wont go back unless I get free beer.

Whoa! What a surprise this was! Was riding down Main Street and remembered that a beer spot called Shanty Town was in the area. Turns out that place is a shit hole so I left and stopped by this joint. Such an upgrade. Clean cool space with a killer high quality beer selection. Some local guest taps too. The Kristalweizen is stellar. And when a place makes great light beers you know they’re talented. Good music, bohemian design inside, awesome back patio/beer garden. This is a must-visit!

Hyperion has a very nice store front with plenty of seating inside and very nice patio outside. The beer quality is "ok" they have some decent beers and a lot of seemingly experimental stuff. The service was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of beer to choose from. I think Hyperion has potential....but my recommendation to them would be to develop an established six or so beers. It seems like everything they served was an experiment....some were good others not so much. I think not having flagship beers cheapens the brand and causes fatigue to patrons.
