Draft at brewery. Orange golden with slight silky head. Aroma is wheat, fruity, bubblegum. Taste is on target, wheat, yeast, sweet. Body too is right where it needs to be. All around pretty good.

decent hefeweizen here, the better of the two beers of theirs we had at the new location, its fermentation forward, on the cleaner side, and while still a little amateurish in some ways, its still pretty drinkable, this should do well for the this summer, for some reason it hollers summer time at me, citrus notes all through it. the pour is a matte and muted straw yellow color with light haze and a short white head, lacking some brightness but looks the part. the aroma and flavor have familiar german hefeweizen yeast notes, lightly astringent with green banana, anise, and clove, not overly spicy or anything, and not close to phenolic which keeps this pretty drinkable, it could be slightly drier, and i am missing the creaminess i like in the best of these, but i can at least taste the wheat malt, earthy and a little nutty in the middle, gives it some structure without making it too dense. the carbonation is good on this, there is a german authenticity to the malt, and things are in pretty good proportion, even if its just slightly soapy and a little sloppy overall, unpolished but promising. neat they are running two locations now, glad its going well for them. still yet to fall in love with any of their beers, but i will keep trying!
