Amber copper color with a thin off-white head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of herbal hops, moth balls, pears and malt sweetness.
Flavor with notes of hay, moth balls, caramels, orange marmalade, some toasted notes and pears. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Well balanced Belgian Pale Ale and with some personality, but I didn’t like much the moth balls hop profile.
