Dark orange with a light haze, huge fluffy head that rises like a soufflé.
Aroma is lightly grainy/acidic, was hoping for more dry-hop character here.
Tart and one note, citric lemon and sour orange, lactobacillus and grain.
Light to medium bodied, ample carb, finishes dry with lingering acids.
Overall it’s ok, pretty simple and one-dimensional, though it would be refreshing on a hot day.
