Brewed with oat groats and Riverbend Pale malt, this thirst-healing farm-to-pint beer has an intense, juicy hop display of Mosaic, Equanot, and Simcoe.

Picked up a 16 oz single from the brewpub cooler on 6-4-25 for $3.75. No canning date; consumed 6-30-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured clear gold with a very nice white head.
Nose is nice, getting notes of citrus and floral hops.
Taste is a pale malt base that is very light and allows the hops to do the heavy lifting flavor wise and they deliver giving me a grapefruit domination and some tangerine. Finishes with a nice rind and pine bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is very light bodied, almost watery, but refreshing.
Overall, this is a fine SIPA Westie style that packs a lot of flavors at 4.7% abv!
