Our take on the pilsner style is a celebration of thoughtful simplicity. We combine pilsner malt from a fifth-generation maltster and hops directly procured from family farms in the Hallertau and Tettnang regions of Germany, producing a hop-forward take on the world’s most popular beer style. Our refreshing pilsner has a tall, rocky head with an intoxicating aroma of herbs and spice that complement a crisp, subtle malt finish.

Golden color and nearly clear. Lasting but small head. Very good webby lacing on the glass.
Rich combination of raw and malted barley with light floral hop.
The hop is more pronounced in the taste and makes the beer taste dry in the aftertaste. The malt is thinner in both taste and feel. Less grainy on the tongue. The carbonation is neutral. Refreshingly easy to drink and approaching lawnmower status.

Poured a cold 12 oz can from Big Y best used by 8/25/24 on 6/16/24 poured clear pale yellow with a head just under an inch tall in a pint beer glass which very quickly broke down into a thin lacing on top, it broke down so fast that in the time it took for me to grab my phone for a picture it was already 1/2 gone. The hops was up front medium kind of a lemon pepper taste with the subtle malt coming later. It was delicious taste and wet feel like a good pilsner should be. Overall it was the 3rd very good beer I had just picked by chance in a make your own 6 pack sampler at Big Y Supermarket of a brewery I hadn't tried yet or read any reviews on.

Sampling a cold 12 oz can poured into my pils glass. Date stamp is best buy 10/27/23. Purchased at local beer store.
The beer pours crystal clear golden hue with a fluffy bleached white head of 2 cm foaming up. This foam fades to a sturdy edge layer. Some windowpane lattice after each sip.
Aroma is crackery malt and some lemon mixing with a bit of spicy hops, sort of peppery.
First sip reveals a medium to light body with very fine and soft carbonation. Easy drinker on physical traits.
Flavor mimics the nose with bread and crackers malt up front a hint of lemon fruit, not rind, moving to a bit of sweeter white grape note and finalizing on spicy hops again. The hops linger with a bit of a dry finish and some herbal tea bite that stays on my palate for a while.
Quite tasty, simple and clean pilsner. Ill continue buying this one for the summer.

Pours an effervescent gold with one finger of eggshell colored head. Average-ish head retention & lacing
S: Grassy, bready, some perfumey hops
T: Follows the nose, some lemon & floral hops as well up front. Bready sweetness, grassyness & touch of lime as this beer warms up. Finishes a little dry with grassyness & bready sweetness
MF: Medium body, crisp carbonation, good balance, perhaps a little too sweet
Easy to drink, solid Pilsner

Pours a lightly hazy pale straw with pillowy white head with just amazing retention. Lemon, aloe, and grassy spicy noble hop notes on the nose. It's quite soft and maybe that's on my pour, but quite flavorful as well. It's quite herbal and bitter. I get some early grey that's grounded by cardamon, clove, black pepper. All presented on a pullman bread backbone. It's refreshing, it's nice. The softness works, but I do prefer a little more carb. Will definitely revisit this again.

Yeah good beer. Feels classically German, mostly bitter finish with some sharp herbal character probably from the Tettnang. Looks the part too, pretty fluffy head, good golden color, a light haze. I saw reviews from 2018/19 mentioning that it's not too bitter and feeling more Czech than German, maybe this being a more recent version that's changed. Nothing in the hop character and the finish suggests anything but German. Shrug. Nice beer anyway.

Pours a very light pale color, slight haze to it. Vigorous pour leaves a nice head the leaves decent lacing as it settles. Head remains as a thin layer of white that continues with minor lacing.
First thing that hits my nose is a noticeable tangy sweetness, like honey mixed with citrus. As it warms I notice a grassy herbal ness as well.
Taste is similar and to me with the sweetness and citrus hitting first followed by a grassy note. It has a very nice soft malt taste to it as well.
Mouthfeel is light, just a touch sweet, dry finish, the bitterness just hits the moderate zone for me.
