Im pouring a cold 16 oz can into my Westmalle Chalice, as I wasnt exactly sure of glassware for these. Best buy date stampe is 11/06/21.
So here we go.
Picked up the beer at the local shop and its been in the fridge since (2 hours).
the beer pours a bright goldenrod color with some light haziness to it. Minimal bleached white head foams up and fades pretty quickly to nothing. Multiple active streams of carbonation rise to the surface though.
Peach aroma is apparent from the pour but I also get a bit of grain and some wheat with a bit of general citrus. the citrus could be the added coriander actually. Nose is sort of mild overall, but is appealing on this hot day.
The first sip reveals a light crisp textured body with fine and fairly gentle carbonation. Very easy drinking physical traits on the beer which seems right for the style.
Flavor is briefly sweet and a good dose of peach up front. This rolls to a bit of dry citrusy coriander note and also does have some saltiness. Finish is very dry but does have some lingering bready yeast and peach flavor.
Nice crisp refreshing and light beer. Its enjoyable and well made, just not something I would probably grab frequently based on style preference.

Had on tap. Pours hazy, gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is big peach and a decent amount of salt. Light bodied, salty and sweet with moderate carbonation. Excellent summer sipper.
