Golden pour with a white cap of bubbles that pops into thin air before long. Roca Veza has a caramel maltiness reminiscent of Dos Equis amber, and a bread and grain nose and flavor profile. The primary takeaway is the malt dominated experience of this beer. Just a bit better than the more mass produced beers of its style. If that sounds like faint praise, well...it kind of is.

Sampling a cold 12 oz bottle poured into my pilsner glass. no date stamping on the label or the bottle.
The beer pours a very clear golden color with several active streams of carbonation rising to the surface. A 1 cm bleached white frothy head foams up. this foam fades to a sturdy surface covering that sticks around for the entire sampling.
Aroma on this beer is dominated by corn notes and does have some light general graininess too. No hop character shows through on the nose, nor any ABV booziness. This seems to fit the style.
First sip reveals a light body with fine tingly carbonation the smooth mouthfeel. Beer drinks very easy on the physical traits.
Flavor is some light sweetness and some bready malt with hints of corn in the background. The bread is more of dark whole wheat flavor than white bread. Id almost say toasted malts actually. No hint of any hop character here.
the toasted bread lingers after the swallow.
This is a very easy to drink beer, that is perfect for times when you may have multiple beers, its flavor is interesting enough and the body is light enough to do so. Very nice one!

Being a little lazy here, but this beer is exactly what I wanted right now. Hits all the style notes. Nice job.
