This refreshing German style ale is a showcase of balancing nuanced subtle flavors. Ale yeast imparts a soft fruitiness and breadth aromas that combine with sweet malt and biscuit flavors. Colder fermentation keeps these flavors in check to give a well-balanced and drinkability to this beer. Noble hops, medium-light bodied with good carbonation creates a smooth, crisp mouthfeel across the palate.

On tap at brewery:
A moderately hazed light golden body supports a nice white cap. That cap in turn provides a little bit of lacingbon the glass.
A semi-sweet malty note comes to the nose with a bit of a white wine grape aspect. This forms the base of the nose and taste, actually. The nose has a slight air of Noble hops, which present only slightly better in the taste.
An easy drinker that leans a little more malty than I’d like. It has most of the components gut the style except for a more balancing bitterness from the hops.
