Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a golden amber color with a small white head of foam. The head fades very fast to leave a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is strongest of some light fruits and citrus along with a bit of tropical fruit sweetness. Along with these aromas comes some light grapefruit and pine hops as well.
Taste - The taste begins with a light fruity taste of mango, tangerine, and papaya. Along with these flavors is some caramel and a decent showing of citrus hop. As the taste advances it seems to dry out a bit in the sweet, with more grapefruit hop coming to the tongue. As the fruitiness fades, some of it is replaced by a bit of pine hop and some grass to leave one with a nice crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the brew is average to slightly thinner in thickness with a carbonation level that is rather average to low. The thinner body is great for the mix of citrus hop and tropical fruits, but I would have liked a little higher carbonation to make it a more refreshing sipper. Overall it is a pretty decent feel.
Overall - A fairly easy drinking brew overall with a good flavor. Nothing extraordinary, but good none the less.
