Located in a commercial business park in Salem's "Brewery District," Bine Valley Brewing is a nano brewery serving up a wide variety of styles and some pretty killer pizza. Bine churns out a great variety of Northwest Pales & IPAs, as well as a solid selection of NE-style hazy IPAs. In addition, they brew up some clean pilsners, and a variety of other styles that you don't see too often anymore, especially at such a small brewery.
The atmosphere is pretty sparse, but the service is friendly and attentive. The food is solid all around, but their wood fired pizza is top notch and probably among the top 1-2 pizzas in Salem.
This is hands-down the best brewery in Salem, in my opinion. Check it out!
