A light yellow beer with a light white head (one finger).
Very strong notes of citrus (pink grapefruit), pineapple, and lychee. Further citrus (yuzu?) and floral notes appear on the palate, with a slight resinousness and a smart malt flavor that emerges later.
A pleasant aftertaste, quite long, with a nice dry finish that makes it easy to drink.
