Dark amber color with a thick off-white head with great retention.
Mild aroma with notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, mango, toasted malts and peached tea.
Flavor with notes of resin, mango, pine, tea leaves, spices, lots of stone fruit and toasted and biscuit malts. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Well done American IPA with decent complexity mixing resiny, fruity and tropical notes on a diverse malt base.
