LIMITED RELEASE: An American IPA that showcases a citrus/piney/resinous hop profile supported by a rich malty backbone. Hops: Cascade & Centennial. Grain: Okefenokee (2 row), Dakota (Vienna style malt), Denoff (Munich style malt), and (Bakken 60 ( Crystal Malt). A true local homegrown IPA featuring ND Hops from Heer Hops located in Hazelton, ND and good ol’ ND grain from Two Track Malting Co. located in Lincoln, ND and farmed from Arrow K Farms in Belfield, ND and Stober Farms in Goodrich, ND.
