Collaboration with Triple Rock Brewing
Brewed in collaboration with Jeff Kimpe of Triple Rock Brewery in Berkeley. This beer is an American take on a Belgian classic. We used 2-Row barley, amber malt, and dextrose; along with European hops. The American twist comes from our generous dry hopping schedule with Styrian Golding and Tettnanger, letting the consumer get reacquainted with these varieties.
