Our core Hazy IPA is generously hopped with Comet, Citra, Chinook, and Talus, giving it rich aromas of lychee and other tropical fruits and a balanced dose of grapefruit and citrus peel.

Its a familiar refrain: This is the first ever review of this beer for this Next Glass owned database. Similarly, the beer was consumed by the almighty bArF over a year ago, and yet, here we are, gracing your eyes with a review of the beer for the first time.
Pours a hazy yellow/beige color into a 1974 Marquette jersey pint glass. Good haze, thicker look. That's how you know it was consumed during a game in the 23-24 season. Full 1" head, good hazy head retention. Aroma wasn't as impressive, came off as mostly C like hops which isn't the norm for a hazy or almost any non throwback ipa in this day and age.
Talus hops, makes sense supplementing the Chinook and Centennial, bitter rind and pine with a little woodiness in the taste department. I didn't really find that the assertion regarding tropical fruit to be one based in truthfulness. It was definitely one of the more bitter hazy ipas out there. The body seemed flaked wheat/rolled oats to a degree, it was just the choice to use mostly bittering hops methinks.
