Pours a foggy yellow with a faint neon to it. Head is two fingers of dense white foam. Aroma is wafery, biscuity, nutty malts with a zap of grassy, herbal, zesty, spicy hops. Malt is firm with delicate hop laced over the top, creating a symbiotic relationship in each whiff. Flavor profile is similar, hitting notes of zesty, herbal, grassy, spicy hops with a backdrop of wafery, biscuity, bready malts. Relationship here is a little more muddled, favoring the malts slightly. Mouth feel is crisp with an initial crisp effervescence that develops into a more soothing texture as the beer bubbles down on the tongue. Overall, aroma is on point with a flavor profile that is balanced, albeit slightly less so than the aroma. Very refreshing, giving just enough variability to remain intriguing without being too mentally draining.
