Pours a dark yellow with a very light fog to the translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is big spicy hops right out front, with more mild tropical fruits behind. Grassy, herbal, and mild medicinal hops are garnish afterwards. Mild bubblegum note as it warms. Flavor profile is herbal, medicinal, spicy, and mild tropical fruits. It's big and full throughout. Bubblegum shows up to spoil the party as the beer warms. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a crushed velvet texture, giving it a moderately soft effervescence and feel. Overall, spicy and zesty hop combo, but the bubblegum note is unwelcome.

Board sez 7.4% & Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin & Rakau hops so I think it's a new version? All that sed, it's a good NZ ipa with nice mouthfeel; medium hoppiness; a melony/fruity/floralish flavor and a slightly lingering, earthyish aftertaste. Very quaffable.
