Fermented on locally-picked pawpaw fruit and dry-hopped with Citra, El Dorado, and Sabro, Pawpaw IPA is hazy and juicy with a hint of vanilla and rich tropical fruit notes of mango and banana.

Pours bright yellow with a heavy haze to the translucency. Head is two fingers of dense white foam. Aroma is tropical fruits, papaya, tangerine, vanilla bean, and banana. Pretty wild aroma, but it all works together. Flavor profile is papaya, tangerine, guava, and orange zest. Really splendid, dense smoothness of tropical fruits across the board. Banana and a touch of vanilla poke through later. Raw grain underneath. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a creamy, frothy texture. Overall, really dense and pretty unique as far as IPAs go. An intriguing choice of fruit to add, but it works well.
