I bought this beer at the brewery a few weeks ago when i was in Hilvarenbeek, in the south of Holland.
Is this a whitebeer? I don't think so when i look at this beer. Poured in my Struise glass this beer looks quit good. Darker yellow fluid, four fingers frotty head. Light carbonation. Do i smell some koriander?
This beer drinks with some bitterness, a bit too watery. You could say this beer has no real body.

BB now 05. No great head and a deep golden hazy beerappearance. Smell is wheat, litle sour and overal not fresh and empty. Taste is of the same; wheatmatly, white port like and hanging bitter with sourness. Not a very plesant taste IMO however drinkable. The brewery can produce fine beers but quality seems to fluctuate. Seing the museum and going for a beer at the brewerybar is together with nice walk trough the litle village recomendable.
