Our spin on the West Coast Style IPA. We put together a grain bill with a focus on allowing the hops to shine while maintaining a perfect balance with the malts. Cascade and Centennial hops were added during the boil and whirlpool then we dry hopped with a blend of Amarillo and Simcoe hops.

Golden in color with a decent head and some lacing. Smells of hops and pine, not support strong but it's there. Flavor is the same as the smell but it is very balanced with the malts. Not a super hop forward beer but very good.
