Our version of a Mid-West IPA. We triple hopped our bubbly mimosa-less mimosa with a blend of Centennial, Cascade and Loral hops as we would our New England Styles to deliver a bold a citrus punch any mimosa lover would appreciate. We then used a West Coast yeast to deliver a crisp clean finish.

Tap pour at the taproom/brewery. 10oz in a small goblet glass.
Clear, pale to medium gold colored body. Long lasting fine bubble, white head. Leaves behind short sections of lacing wall.
Aroma with a toasted malt base, and a "heavy" herbal hop topper.
Taste follows by having a deep herbal sweet resin flavor. Also grapefruit, pineapple, berry mix that has a moderate bitterness expression.
More than medium mouthfeel. Some resin bitterness lingers late. Very good carbonation.
Not a juice bomb, and not extreme to be a palate wrecker, but rather just as titled.

This ipa is a mix between a West coast ipa and a New England ipa. It's smooth and fruity like a New England ipa without the cloudiness and is a little less sweet and more like a beer than juice. Very good.
