We started with our sweet stout base and allowed the brew to rest on a dose of cacao nibs and gobs of raspberries. A dash of Mayan Sea Salt enhances the flavors creating a profile reminiscent of salted dark chocolate and raspberry jam. This special treat will hit the taps at 12pm on Saturday. This is a small batch release.

On tap. Pours a reddish brown color with a tan head. Smell is raspberry and not much else. Flavors are chocolate, raspberry and roasted malts. Body is kinda thin for a stout but it's a good beer

Had this beer at the Alamo Draft House. When it was brought, there was very little head. But the smell was really good. Lots of raspberries, and a hint of chocolate. The taste did not disappoint. Lots of raspberries. Creamy feel. A very good beer, ordered a 2nd.
