Visited on a Sunday around 11am. Almost empty but crowded when we left at 1pm.
For beer lovers a bit of an oasis in Appalachia. Raise their game on their IPA and imperial stout and I will not forget where this place is.
V - Extremely welcoming, but more local "be all sports bar" than an intense beer hall. Lots of TVs, a nice long bar, pool tables a few arcade games in the back, some big tables for large parties. Brewery is right next door. 3.5
Qual - Clean and cold. Brewery right next door. House beer is fine but could be better. 4.
Sel - Six house beers, a few guest taps and at least a dozen bottles, primarily BMC, but also Sierra Nevada, etc. Get their Kolsch or try the tasting rack. 3.75
Ser - Very friendly. Great service. 4.5
F - Above average tavern food. 3.75
