Looks great on pour, a very impressive looking head that is fun to watch come slowly apart. Takes a long time to piur out because it is so heady. Settles to a film and gives some splotchy lace going down. Dark walnut brew.
Noticeably sour both on the nose and to taste. This is sadly what undoes this brew as it is quite distracting. Dry dark chocolate to taste, some coffee. Medium bodied. Only marginally drinkable to my taste.
