Double Dry-Hopped Double IPA
A full expression of saturated hop flavor, using Citra, Simcoe & Amarillo. A ton of hops were added late in the kettle process with huge dry-hop additions. Huge notes of orange rind, zippy citrus and pine nettles

Had Hydrus at the Two Tides taproom, Savannah, on draft into regrettable pint “can” glass.
Pours hazy orange juice gold with 2-finger, near-white head, with excellent retention, and leaving chunky rings of Belgian lace down the glass. Mild pilsner malt and sweet orange aromas off pour, with big sharp citrus rind aroma too, with the citrus aromas continuing, joined by moderate pine resin aroma as warms. On tasting, begins sweet orange and creamy melon (and mild malt), with immediate biting, bitter lime, then growing bitter pine, before a very crisp and herbal, even peppery, yet still creamy finish.
Classic (can we say that now?) hazy NEIPA: juicy, fruity and creamy, but sharp and bitter--a tour de force. You won't find the 8.50 ABV, but it will find you.
