Our Japanese-Style rice lager is back, sporting delicate notes of biscuit and cracker, balanced by subtle earthy citrus notes from Taiheke hops.

Had Nonde at Two Tides taproom, Savannah, twice on draft into slim tulip pint.
Pours light lemon-gold with clarity and 2-finger creamy, near-white head, with decent retention, which leaves some nice sketchy lace. A little biscuit, some Noble hop spice and lime in the aroma, with Noble hops predominating over time. First impression is the creamy body, which continues, then mild malt, joined by some hop bite and lime for a moderately crisp finish.
My first Japanese Rice Lager, it's smooth yet crisp and I will be wanting more of this style.
