Had Baya Lima poured from pint can, no date, into oversized red wine glass.
Pours a unique deep orange-raspberry, with 2-finger rich pink head, that typically doesn't last. Aroma is big raspberry and lime, and lactose, over classic cracker malt. This is a liquid icebox cake, with a tart start over cracker malt, and creamy lactose carrying big raspberry and lime into a biting acidic finish.
