Helles is life. The second iteration of this beer was again crafted with German grains and yeast, and hopped using Seitz Farm Saphir.

Had The Light Between poured from pint can, no date, into pilsner glass.
Pours slightly cloudy light gold with huge bubbly near-white head, with excellent retention, leaving chunky splotches of lace down the glass. Nice and continuing aroma of hop spice and fruit, including some sharp citrus, over sweet, mild malt. Begins smooth and mildly malty, then hop spice and fruit, before a slightly bitter, very crisp finish.
Excellent take on Helles Lager.
