Braannnnd new DDH DIPA, with one of our favorite hop combos in a while. THE Nectaron leads the way, toting it’s mega-passionfruit-pineapple antics, supported by none other than Citra and Mosaic. Ever heard of ‘em?

Had Could It All Be So Simple? poured from pint can, no date, into nonic pint.
Pours orange juice-hazy with 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving many rings of lace down the glass. Juicy citrus and (barley) malt aromas off pour, then a little hop spice, growing dankness, and sharp stone fruit. Begins smooth and creamy, with not a little citrus bite up front, then big pineapple and sweet berries, over dry malt, with some peach, citrus and hop spice joining before a mildly sticky, somewhat dank sweet pineapple finish, with a bit of grapefruit to clean it up.
Variably juicy, grounded in malt and dankness. Are there no rules any more?
