Appearance: Pours a very dark brown body capped by half an inch of beige-hued foam.
Smell: The nose is dry and gently roasty but with some gleaned incorporated nuttiness and a thin, quick splash of day-old coffee.
Taste: Firmly dry though not overtly roasty. Slight coffee tones, hint of discarded nut shells. Nominal hop accent. Dry, light nutty, lightly roasty finish that lingers into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Lightly carbonated.
Overall: Not bad.
