Appearance: Served up a dark yellow-hued body, fairly clear with a smallish, near white head. Minimal lacing.
Smell: Scantly bready pale malts, spiciness akin to ground white pepper, light grassiness, faint citrus.
Taste: Bready pale malts, near nil sweetness overall. Spicy, peppery herbaceousness, very mild citrus. Relatively light bitterness. Late-breaking tangerine accent nearing the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body, not quite watery, and yet... Fairly low carbonation.
Overall: A very subtle pale ale overall.
