Collab w/ Other Half. We brewed our take on Collards, a crudite series IPA we brewed up there a few years back. Collards is stuffed w/ Citra, Citra Incognito, Motueka, and NZ Pacific Sunrise for the stickiest, juiciest mango, lime, and clementine notes.

From a 12oz can, undated - IG shows a 02/06/23 release. Served in a willi becher pub glass.
Pours a pale and hazy, lemony orange with two fingers of soft, soapy suds. Retention is fairly decent, on the order of a minute or two, before settling into a thin, sudsy cap and collar, and a little bit of slippery lacing.
Nose is crackery and citrusy. Aromas of lemon-lime and orange.
Taste is pretty much in line with the nose - tasting soda cracker, lime, orange slices, aspirin and lemon peel.
Juicy but sort of thin and watery feeling given the 8% abv. Moderately bright carbonation and an astringent, aspirin-like finish.
In sum, could totally pass for one of the OH vegetable NEIPAs… except for the 12oz slims four-pack - I don’t know what to make of that.
