It's not a phase mom. We teamed up with our forever pals at Dssolvr to bring you the crème de la crème of thicc imperial stouts, mashed with a mile-long list of our favorite stout malts and conditioned on Float Coffee, marshmallow, toasted coconut, coconut cream and honey roasted pecans.

From a 12oz can, packaged 01/09 according to the sticker on the can holder. Served in a tulip.
Pours an oily, chestnut-black with zippo head formation - no cap, no collar, just an oily film in lieu of lacing.
Nose is dense and fudgy. I make a chocolate-dipped baked coconut macaroon Christmas cookie - which is exactly what this beer smells like.
Taste is sweet and syrupy, hot and boozy. Coconut and chocolate dominate upfront but with a roasty-bitter, earthy, nut butter finish.
Feel is creamy-smooth and unctuous, a syrupy, dense body with a little fine, prickly, but otherwise minimal carbonation. Has a sugary, marshmallow-like mouthfeel and a smouldering warmth in the gullet.
Overall, a prototypical pastry stout. Mostly fun and notable for my having been able to tease out the individual flavours of each of the various add-junks at different points of the pour. But, yeah, mostly just too syrupy and hot for my tastes.
