Brand new IPA that brings a mind warping hop combo of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka for all the juicy orange, and peach rings, and grapefruit, and Pinot Gris, and tropical lime.

Had Psyche poured from slender 12-oz. can, from 4-pk. holder labeled "PKG" on "03/15[/24]," Father's Day gift from daughter, into tulip pint.
Pours cloudy, light lemon-gold with 1-finger bubbly near-white head, with excellent retention, pulling splotchy lace down the glass. Big aromas of lime and less of earthy spice off pour, then growing white wine grape and sweet citrus aromas, rejoined by hop spice, sweet berry and tangy citrus aromas as warms. On tasting, begins sweet and tangy (peach) stone fruit, balanced with a little herbal Noble hop bite, then fresh berries and white wine grapes over a nicely, inexplicably smooth body, before moderate citrus bite arrives, and carries over a dry, neutral malt base, into a very crisp and herbal, but a bit limey, dry white wine finish.
A nice trip to NZ. Not sure if it was for a bottle of classy beer or a glass of high altitude white wine. No matter, the servants are slaying the orcs. But I am not thrilled that Two Tides has gone to 12-oz. cans, shorting us 25% of the heavenly fluid. Do better.

easy drinking and well made hazy ipa featuring nelson, riwaka, and motueka, a nice combination on top of this dry earthy grain base, love how this comes together, perfect for spring, love the hop profile. this looks lighter than most, not gloopy and thick, airy and heady and bright as the hazy ones go. the nose is awesome, this almost fills the room when you crack a can, bigtime white grape, cur flowers, fresh herbs, and meyer lemon, super summery, very much quintessential southern hemisphere, nice and fresh, subtle pineapple candy and melon, but it isnt sweet in the least, and there is just enough grain behind the hops to balance it out, really well composed and attractive. the flavor is almost as good as the nose, not quite as up front and punchy, but more of the same, white wine, kiwi fruit, honeysuckle, citrus, and even sage or something, a light gin note too, very very low bitterness, must be primarily dry hopping here. fruity while still being dry, airy and even delicate feeling for the style, wonderfully well carbonated. this is great beer, modern and interesting and fun to drink. its not the hoppy beers i will remember most fondly from these guys, but this is exceptional.
