West Coast IPA
We're throwing a party and haze isn't invited. Our latest West Coast IPA drop has an old school hop combo of some Big C's . . . Cascade, Chinook, Centennial and Citra for that throwback punch of citrus zest, pine needles and a touch of dank resin. Crisp, bright and dry with some clean bitterness and big aroma.

Had Old School poured from sleek 12-oz. can, from 4-pk. carrier labeled "PKG" on "02/02[/26]," into tulip pint.
Pours light gold with clarity and 1-finger, creamy near-white head, with excellent retention, leaving thick, overlapping rings of lace down the glass. Aromas of mild pine and sweet grapefruit off pour, with sweet florals, joined by some mild spice aroma, and then growing sweet orange and resinous even mildly diesel aromas as warms. On tasting, begins sweet grapefruit, with immediate piney bite, which continues through a long, mildly malty (with a hint of caramel), sweetly fruity body--a little lime and mild orange--to a crisp, moderately piney and bitter, but still fruity finish.
A lovely, fruity Westie, if a bit less impressively hopped and bitter than is classic.
