Appearance - The beer is served a hazy orange-yellow color with a one finger head of white foam. The head slowly fades over time and leaves light levels of spiderweb lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is light overall but has hints of banana and clove with some orange and a bit of buisuit. Along with these aromas comes some light yeast and a bit of hay.
Taste - The taste begins with a somewhat more bready taste that has some of the orange citrus that is in the nose. These flavors create a backbone flavor for the brew. As the taste moves forward flavors of yeast and tons of banana and clove spice meet the tongue. In the end a little bit of grass and a decent sweeter almost candied orange flavor comes to the taste leaving one with a clean and sweeter taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the beer is slightly thicker with a carbonation level that is on the slightly lower side. A little bit more carbonation may have been better for the flavors and style but overall the feel was pretty good.
Overall- This was a rather enjoyable and flavorful brew. A great more session like beer! !
