A: The beer is hazy yellowish amber in color. It poured with a minuscule ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of citrusy fruits—oranges seems to stand out in particular. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels just a bit shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and is a little smooth (with no crispness) and a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is neither crisp nor bitter but has some interesting fruity aromas and flavors from the sorrel.
