On-tap at Island to Island Brewery, Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a thin ring of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of figs are present in the nose along with some hints of detergent-like chemicals.
T: The taste has stronger flavors of figs and unusual hints of chemicals. No bitterness is present.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: You could definitely get the figs in the smell and taste of this beer, but it also seemed like it had some off flavors to it.
