A classic huge double IPA. Six pound of hops go in to each barrel for this beauty. This will be everything you love about an IPA, flavors of citrus and pine with a little bitterness that will amaze any palate!

The frothy white head reaches a dense four inches and seems to last several minutes. Sticky patches of white lace coat the PBGC tall tulip glass with clear golden amber beer below.
The aroma is dominated by mango and pinesap. It has an earthy Autumn undertone, reminiscent of walking through wet leaves.
The flavors are simple and very well done. This is quite bitter, though short of trying to impress through power. The pinesap shines, as does grapefruit pith. It has a long, modest, earthy finish and mango pokes through late with warmth.
The alcohol is just as expected in this clean, crisp, full-bodied beer. The texture is silky with light carbonation, which is just right to cleanse the palate.
While it would be fool-hardy to conduct a session with this beer, it certainly is tempting. I enjoyed it on an early Autumn afternoon, and can imagine good conversation ensuing with a group of friends.
