A killer combination of bananas and peanut butter added it to a stout. Over 100 lb of bananas give this beer its flavor and unique profile.

Rich, dark chocolate with glistening highlights in a Spieglau IIPA glass. The head lasts for three to four minutes, and is creamy and light khaki, leaving a webbing of lace.
Roasted peanut butter is quite strong. The background has bananas and roasted peanuts. These are not the Stout aromas one normally expects, but given the intent, they are impressively well done.
Peanut butter is also quite clear in the flavor, more like natural peanut butter than Skippy. The banana is also successful, though far less than the nose. The finish is long and mild.
Alcohol is as expected. The body is medium and creamy, with a fine, light carbonation.
This was an enjoyable and relaxing beer. By the way, it does not pair well with actual peanut butter.
