A blueberry scone inspired gose-style sour ale. The gose base was brewed with a touch of sea salt, then conditioned on blueberry puree, a hint of cinnamon and fresh baked scones.
This beer is brewed to commemorate our county's bicentennial. It's named after our college alma mater, SUNY Geneseo and their mascot, the Blue Knight. The blueberry scone theme is a shout out to the cafes and bakeries that line our main streets and bring tasty treats to life.
