This unique IPA takes organic killer bee honey from Brazil provided by Once Again Nut Butter and pairs it with a smooth and juicy double dry hopped NE IPA. We added large amounts of Vic Secret, Mosaic and Citra hops compliment the unique flavors the honey imparts! Killa bees on the swarm!!!!

Pours a hazy gold. Thick foam. Hoppy aroma. Sweet tropical fruit body. Mango and pineapple. Light bitter finish. Good flavor. Easy drinking. Excellent.

On tap at Rising Storm Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden and milky orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange creamsicle, mango, sharp grapefruit, and a light honey sweetness.
The honey doesn't add too much sweetness, just imparts a creamy candied sweetness to the proceedings. There's loads of citrus - orange, grapefruit, mango, etc, with just a touch of rindy bitterness. There's a little bit of hop burn on the back end, but nothing crazy.
This is light bodied, clean, and very creamy, with a pretty decent drinkability to it.
Rising Storm somewhat gets lost in the shadow of their fellow Avon denizen - Mortalis - but they are definitely making good beers in their own right.
