This New England IPA showcases the delicious, tropically balanced, and slightly dank Strata hop. (+Columbus) We were finally able to score some of this elusive hop, it won't disappoint!

Canned 11/23/20 . Missed the date. Thought it was new-ish, so didn't look. Refrigerated the whole time, so hoping that it has held up. Let's see :
Let sit out for ~15 minutes, before opening.
Hazy orange-gold, with one finger of quickly-dissipating head, that leaves a 1/4" ring, a thin surface covering, and a few spots of lacing.
Smells of vague citrus mix, canned pineapple, slight apricot & papaya, and a hint of "fresh", biscuity malt. A bit of grass (fresh-cut timothy >hay) and a very slight touch of fresh sweet onion (Vidalia-ish) emanates from the open can.
Taste is nectarine(with slight tang) , dried orange rind, carambola (star fruit - remember those? ;) ) , dried pineapple, slight dragonfruit, and a hint of onion?....er, no....chive flower. I.e., it's a light, fresh onion flavor, not a pungent, concentrated one, as with eating last summer's onions, now. Light-moderate bitterness. The flavor as a whole, is on the dry side of "medium", and less sweet than the aroma.
Feel is medium, with moderate, very fine carbonation, that gives more of a mild burn-wave, rather than a bite or prickle. even though this is almost four months old, it reminds me of something that is
