This version of our single-hopped juicy pale ale series highlights the El Dorado hop. El Dorado is a very tropical fruit forward hop which stands alone great in this beer!

Can purchased at the Rose Tavern in Candandaigua, NY.
This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like a pineapple fruit cup, with mango, berry jam, and lemon.
El Dorado seems like a pretty nice hop, and this is definitely good use of it. It almost feels a little bit like Nelson, with a slight grape-like bite, but there's also a lots of pineapple and mango, with only a wisp of bitterness.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and exceedingly drinkable.
Single hopped IPA series are something that basically every brewery has done at this point, but when it's done well, it's still a cool thing to try.
