On tap at Rising Storm at the Mill in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like marijuana, citrus, lemon, lime, and a just a touch of cherry – I assume that’s the Idaho Gem hops.
This is really juicy, with a nice dank bitterness and no real maltiness at all. The Idaho Gem hops are kinda weird, but it works well, given a nice lightly sweet cherry skin sort of flavor. It’s got this nice candied fruit flavor that I really enjoy.
This is light bodied, creamy, and pretty cleanly drinkable.
This utilizes a weird new hop pretty well here.
