Poured from a .5L bottle. Date on the bottle is 5/2024 (drinking on 10/2023). Translated from the label: "Not pasteurized, refermented in the bottle."
Beautiful deep golden color with a fluffy off white head. Retention was very good with some sticky lacing. Plenty of hops on the nose, a tiny hint of honey.
This is a fantastic beer! It's marketed as an Italian style pilsner, but this very much has a Czech feel to it, saaz hops perhaps. Nice little dry finish but not overly bitter. I haven't had a really impressive Italian pilsner in my time in Italy. San Marino clearly has a better handle on beer! Nice medium light mouthfeel.
I hate that this is so good knowing I have to travel all the way to San Marino to drink it again. A lot of time was spent getting this near perfect. My compliments to the brewer!

From bottle. Grainy aroma with some noble hop character. Taste follows with light malt character but gets quite bitter and earthy on the finish and lingers on the palate. Light body, soft mouthfeel.
